Christian has been immersed in soccer since childhood, competing at some of the highest youth levels in Northern California. He spent six years with Ballistic United, playing in both NPL and Academy leagues, before continuing at Santa Clara Sporting. His club career took him to major tournaments including the Dallas Cup, Surf Cup, and multiple Regional Championships. He later went on to play collegiate soccer at Las Positas College, where he concluded his playing career. With over a decade of officiating experience, Christian has developed into a well-rounded and respected referee. He has officiated in ECNL, MLS Next, NPL, State Cup, adult leagues, and semi-pro matches, working in all crew positions. His broad exposure to the game from both sides of the whistle continues to shape his approach on the field today.
