Our Selection Process

How we choose and assign referees.

Scouting & Identification

We actively scout referees who exhibit natural officiating ability, strong game management skills, and the potential to excel at higher levels. We look for individuals who show a commitment to improvement and a passion for the game.

Invitation & Integration

Once identified, selected referees are invited to join our association, where they gain access to competitive matches that challenge and refine their skills.

Training, Laws of The Game, and Continuing Education.

Development & Growth
